Our Story
My name is Susan, and for many years I have helped individuals and families organize their belongings and find a clear path through the contents of a home. My husband, Vlad, often works alongside me, and together we help make an overwhelming project feel more manageable.
I know that sorting a home is about more than furniture and household items. Behind those belongings are memories, years of collecting and decisions that can be emotional and physically demanding. Whether someone is downsizing a longtime home or handling an estate, I approach the work with care and respect for what matters to the family.
Over the years, I have organized and sold entire estates, single-room contents, storage-unit belongings and household collections. After retiring from a 33-year career, I wanted to continue helping families. That work grew into estate sales and online auctions, bringing my hands-on experience into a new chapter.
Today, VSP Auctions & Estate Sales helps families prepare appropriate belongings for online auction, coordinate buyer pickup and complete the agreed house cleanout. Through each stage, our approach remains personal: listen to the family’s goals and guide the process with compassion, organization and professionalism.
